My dad and his wife do a lot of travelling so I thought it would be a wonderful Christmas gift. The item came very quickly and was shipped in a really cool looking tube. My dad is very hard to shop for but this was a hit! They had never heard of scratch maps before and loved the idea of it. They LOVED the gift

I am disappointed with this product because it came kind of crinkly (the paper). The outside container is really quite cool, and I liked that part. But the metallic part scratches off way too easily, so you’ll have to be extremely careful and handle the map delicately if you buy this product. I know the map is supposed to be able to be carried with when traveling, but I would strongly suggest against doing so because it is too easy to scratch.
