Not just for boys or surfers,
My first rash guard. We just built a swimming pool in the yard, and at 40 years old, I realized two things. First, it’s probably better if I’m not exposed to the sun all day, although my dermatologist appreciates the business no matter what she says. Second, despite my own well developed self esteem, most people would rather not see me without a shirt. This rash guard was a great solution at a good price.

the shirt did a great job protecting my husband from the sun, however, the sunscreen he used on his face and arms stained the white shirt. We also purchased a navy blue shirt and love it, great job protecting him from sun and no stains.
My recommendation, do not buy white tee, only colors.

The shirt I bought is light weight and dries quickly good for the price. I wear it when board riding and just around sometimes.
