Rockin Fushia Board Shorts,
I definately love the color of these board shorts. These are basic, simple, inexpensive great looking shorts, and they are what they are. I got these to wear over my bikini bottom and it is a good thing that I wasn’t planning on wearing these straight up. The material is a little thin and there is no liner to them. These run a bit small, I am 5’10″, 145lbs and i usually wear a 5/6. I got the 6 and they do require a small amount of effort to get on. Once on though they fit great. You could probrobly get away with not wearing a bikini under them if you stay out of the water.

Too big but nice length,
After reading the reviews many people said these shorts ran small. So I ordered an 8 (being a size 4 or 6 in pants). Even with the draw string they were falling off. By the time I got them (which took a couple of weeks), I didn’t have the time to return them and get another fitted pair since we were going on our beach vacation a few days later. They were cute though and a good length (I’ve never been a swimsuit wearer or one to wear short shorts, hence the reason I ordered these nice LONG shorts). So I’m sure if they would have fit right they would have been great!

an odd fit,
These have an odd cut. I usually wear a 4 to 6 (I’m 5’4, 115 lbs), so I ordered a 6 and an 8, based on the recommendations from others. I don’t consider myself all that curvy, but I guess I am. The 6 was too tight in the hips and too loose in the waist. The 8 was just plain too big all around. I can usually make minor sewing fixes, but I couldn’t figure out what to do for this. The material was nice, and the small pocket was fine. Someone had noted it would be better if there was a piece of velcro by the tie string, and someone else noted they had sewed a piece in. Mine had it already, so perhaps the company added it after reading reviews (or did the person return theirs who sewed it in?? Just kidding!). The other issue is the front sits quite low compared to the back. It was like wearing a pair of bike shorts where the back is raised up because you’re leaning over on the bike, except it’s too high for board shorts. I returned them and will continue to search for something that fits me better.
