Quick review, don’t have much time to write. I justed purchased this model several days ago. This is a response to a comment posted above in the comments section.

The languages it includes? To be honest, I was only interested in the Spanish and English. That said, there are seven instruction books with fourteen languages. If allowed I’ll edit this review with a list of the languages later.

How well can you hear the speaker? I swear the speakers were professionals. Unbelievable clarity, extremely loud.

How easy is it to use? Very easy, however, I haven’t mastered all of the functions because there are many.

How are the instructions? The unit comes with seven instruction booklets in the different languages. They fit in your shirt pocket and are concise, and understandable.

How easy to move between languages? Easy. If you look at the picture on the left side is a red power button. To the right of the red power button are two language control buttons marked with speaker symbols. The one closest to the power button speaks the primary language and the bold one talks in the language you want to learn.

Note: There’s a personal library for adding words using a USB cable. I’m going to add cuss words for my relatives. And they got games like hangman plus five others. Lots of phrases.

P.S. This review doesn’t cover a fraction of the features. Happy holidays.

I got this product because of the variety of languages it translates and also because it talks. However I shoould have realized by the dimensions on the product description that the key board would be very tiny. It is fine for those who don’t need corrective vision for close up work but not for those who do; I happen to be the latter. I am still keeping the product though since it is fairly a comprehensive tool. The only thing else I can say besides the tiny buttons is that you can’t switch languages back and forth i.e. English – French and French to English with a simple one touch key. You have to go back in, choose and change the “From to” language to the “target” language manually -it doesn’t take a lot of time but it is several steps. The sound ia also very good and even better with headphones.

It is smaller that the one I used to have but this one seems to have more functions and also a richer vocabulary.
I am still discovering all its features. Something that I do not like is its screen. In my old version translator/dictionary just touching “lang”-”games”-”clock” etc. (I do not remember all of them and I cannot check it because was stolen) I was able to change immediately my screen just touching from the menu button line what I wanted to do. This new one, also takes too long its start-up time.
