This system would be great if all the window units worked. Got mines after Christmas and installed it 3 of the units for the windows don’t work and its not the batteries fault. They are just faulty. I contacted the seller and they pleasantly told me they couldn’t send me any replacement so it seems like I have to make the best of this half broken unit or buy another brand

|Poor instructions, broken sensors.,
The system works but the instruction manual is difficult to understand with the broken English. Three of the fourteen window/door sensors are broken and one of the remotes is non functional.

|Save your money,
I have never reviewed a product so as you might guess, I was not impressed with this system. The directions are impossible to understand and I refused to spend hours on trial and error. I tossed this mess back in the box and reactivated ADT. It was easy to get the sensors to work but the system never would call out, record or set up the zones. Since the house I bought it for already had an installed system, I decided this was not worth the effort. There are no help numbers in the box, you buy at your own risk. Skip it and buy a dog.
