Needs Polish,
The stories were imaginative, well planned, and had some great potential. However, I was distracted by the errors in grammar and spelling, and the disjointed way the stories unfolded. There was no natural flow. The stories read like a really great draft, but they lacked finishing touches and would have greatly benefited from another round of editing. That being said, the tales are distinct vampire stories that are unlike others I’ve read. I was pleasantly surprised to find twists that have not been explored by other authors, which is very hard to do in such a crowded subgenre.

Samantha Moon and JR Knight- Just like chocolate and peanut butter!,
JR Rain has become one of my favorite authors! I am not sure if I love Samantha Moon more or the fact that the author has always kept his books affordable so that fans can continue to follow the series. Moon Dance is a great book and I love how the author empowers Samantha and creates a suburbia life for her when she is not out investigating. The books tend be free of grammar errors and I like the fact that the author understands sometimes you just don’t want to wait for the next book in the series. My Kindle is filled with his books and I recommend him on a monthly basis to my friends. I also follow him on Facebook and have discovered new authors based on his recommendations that I now also get excited about!
