   I ordered the puppy bear crystal and was very excited to get it. When I opened the package there were crystals missing already and they did not fall out on its way to me because I saw no crystals in the small bag that it was shipped in. Also it looked nothing like on the photo, it looked more like a rat than a “puppy bear”. When inserted it into the phone it didn’t even fit all the way through it was half out and did not look right at all.

   i love the bear it looks so adorable on my phone, but it doesnt fit over your phone if you have a case on phone.

   This item is really cute and fashionable. I am in love with it. The only thing is that I am too scared to leave it on all the time in fear that it could break easily. Other than that it’s a cute item.
