economical but inelegant,
It was on sale for $20, and since it’s an accurate, attractive watch, for value it deserves 4 or 5 stars. I feared the strap would be garish or ugly but it’s more brown than green and is quite handsome, though thick, very long, and heavy.
The stylized numerals are attractive but larger than they look in the picture. Watch is a very thick, rather large and heavy, rugged thing, not for narrow wrists and not as elegant as the photo might suggest, but for function and dollar value you can’t go wrong.

Timex seems to know exactly what shoppers want in a watch. I particularly like this model for its styling and easy to read face. It keeps excellent time and the lighted dial is a good feature. Another reason I like it is the dial is uncluttered by not having the day and month shown.

This in an unassuming yet elegant wristwatch with the only extravagance coming from its fashionable appearance and price.The leather olive colored stap fits the cool, brown tinted white faced dial like the natural arc of a cleanly hit home run. The brass, steel backed casing holds a cr2016 lithium battery so if you don’t use the built in super illuminating ingiglo light every day , the battery could last several years with good luck.The numbers are large and easily readable and the hands glow in the dark.The indiglo light is its super feature and is indispensible in low light.
