   This is an excellent collection of Michael Stearns’ earlier work. All pieces on this album have been out of print for years. Finally, they have been re-released on a remastered, two album set along with unreleased tracks. If you are curious about some of his experimental thematic music this is the definitive collection.

   If you are a fan of Robert Rich, Steve Roach and other ambient New Age Musicians purchase this album. After one relaxing, listen you can hear one of the pioneers of ambient music at his best.
