As I was installing these, the screws kept slipping, the metal seems soft. Once in, they hold tight and the railing is solid. If you aren’t willing to nurse them along, or just want the job to go quickly with a high-torque screwdriver, you might consider buying sturdy screws and putting a dab of paint on the heads to match the bracket.
