    I teach 2nd grade. This is a perfect book to teach the children resolutions! So cute, we’ll written! The kids really enjoyed it.

    I enjoyed this book the first time I read it to my kids, but after the 3rd time, it hit me: who stakes out a garden and digs it on January 1, especially in a location where there is still snow on the ground?

    This editorial oversight really bothered me, even though I have to admit I loved the Hidey-Hole Diner and the humor.
