Pretty Decent MICH,
This is a pretty good and cheap MICH 2000 replica. It’s comfortable because of the huge foam padding inserts but the retention system is decent at that. This thing also is very useful for airsoft as it protects your head from BBs. The one thing that caught my attention when I received it, however, was that the entire helmet itself is made up of a cheapy plastic that can break very easily. I have owned some helmets that were a much more durable plastic such as the King Arms IBH that you could throw at a rock without it breaking. I don’t recommend that with this.
It’s a very good helmet for airsoft or maybe a Halloween costume. Just don’t think you could use this as some sort of safety helmet. The cheap plastic and retention system is the reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5.

Good ACH MICH helmet,
This is a great MICH 2000 type helmet. It comes with removable Velcro pads that are a little too thick (makes it sit way up on your head), so you might want to remove or replace those, but otherwise it’s a good helmet. It’s modeled after the current issue US army helmet. It has a smaller profile than the old PASGT K-pot, which is also sold by Rothco, but provides better visibility and is great for paintball or airsoft since the reduced profile allows more room for a mask.

Rothco GI Type Tactical Helmet – Olive Drab,
Cool it is a very light weight helmet and is good for protecting your head in a paintball war, only problem is that the pads are too big and make the helmet sit too high on your head, but that can easily be fixed, and it took me 2 hours to get the straps to stop slipping and to set where i wanted them.
