I really really like this video. I’d love it if there were no music, I think. But I really really like this video. It relaxes me and even delights me. The scenes sit for awhile so you really can sink into the view before it changes to another and another and another that is just plain lovely.

One night I was working on documents that needed so much concentration yet invoke so much stress on me. I reached for my CD that had flowing water and music. It was broken. I got on Amazon and found this one and enjoyed the video as well as the audio. I could either work on my computer and listen, or watch it. I enjoyed both. I know I will enjoy it some more before my time is up. I probably should just buy it permanently. We all need times to reflect and be meditative. These waterfalls are from all over the world and you see where they are from. There are no people, just water flowing with such a relaxing audio with it.

I own and have read several journaling books, and this is one of my favorites. Many styles and techniques are showcased – lovely for those who are looking to expand their horizons. This is the perfect book for those who like an idea to get them started, but may want to run with their own creativity once they begin. [Also perfect if you like/need a step by step how-to for the examples inside.] I’d recommend for any skill level. There is something for everyone – lovely, lovely book.

The pictures are big and bold. There’s something for everyone…watercolors, photography, stitching, print, etc. It’s a nice book. The market seems to be flooded with books on journaling, since it is so popular at the moment, and this one has a nice format and a good mix of ideas.
