   I knew it would be cheap but I was expecting plastic not paper. The paper was hard to get flat and it got ruined within 2 min once someone set a drink on it.

   Though paper like and not extremely high quality, this made a good runner for the top of my bar during the Mardi Gras celebration.

   This item color came as described. Not the fabric like I thought, though. More of a paper-y vinyl material. You have to be careful how you take care of it or it will not be reusable. Tassles are plastic. Nothing fancy here.
