Nice Toy,
Gave this to my son for his 3rd birthday. The quality seems good although the paint job is a bit sloppy. The lift already broke off the rope but I didn’t see how that happened and with 3 boys I’m hesitant to blame the toy. I think I can reattach it. He enjoys matchbox cars and when we place this next to matchbox tracks to make a city he really plays with it. On it’s own he doesn’t spend much time with it. Good toy but still a bit pricey for what it is.

|Durable, wooden, fun,
My son loves this toy. We got it for him for Christmas when he was 2, and he still plays with it now that he is 3. He loves to put his Cars cars on them and line them up. The structure is made from wood. There was some assembly required. The wooden man is lame, as well as the cars that come with it. The gas station and the car wash are fun for him, though. It has 4 levels and each level has lines painted on it for each car. The elevator squeaks sometimes, but is well made and holds up to his hard play. If your kid is interested in vehicles, he/she will love this toy to park them.

This is an exceptionally well made toy. My boys are hard on their toys, I see this garage lasting from generation to generation. I highly recommend this Toy.

|Great item for storing yard tools.,
After looking at these for quite a while, I finally purchased them. The item itself is very good. After an easy install, I hung my long Remington electric pole saw, my long Fiskar pruner (the $80 one, purchased on Amazon), my cloppers, shears, small pruners, bolt cutter, 18V electric broom, 18V electric trimmer, and quite a bit more. All on the supplied hooks. Good quality and great spacesaver. Room underneath for my Dry-VAC and Pressure washer (on the floor). I’ll order the smaller lighter tool holders from Amazon. You can customize, but the individual pieces can really add up. Highly satisfied with this product.

|Good Value Relative to Buying All The Pieces Separately,
The expense of the Gladiator system has been well-documented in almost every Gladiator component review, but after hanging 16 feet of it, I have to agree with the other reviewers: the overall quality and flexibility for rearranging things makes the system a good value. I mounted the Geartrack to the concrete walls of our basement mudroom and it’s amazing what can be done with a small space. I’m not finished, but it seems that organizing what you already have is cheaper than continually buying new tools and supplies when you can’t find what you need. (Wow, do I really own 3 string trimmers?!?)
As a beginner the Pack was attractive because I wasn’t quite sure what hooks or attachments I would need. However, even as I’ve gained more experience, I prefer purchasing Packs, because the track itself is fairly expensive at $12-15 per 4 foot track. Add in the hooks and endcaps (which you can never have enough of), and it was an easy up-sell for me. Obviously, if you want to hang something specific, like the wire baskets or shelves, then purchasing the separate pieces is the way to go. I was surprised that individual hooks can be found for a little less money at Sears.

|First of many purchases of this brand,
This was my first purchase of Gladiator GarageWorks and now I am hooked. It was easy to install and I screwed the tracks in by hand (couldn’t find my power drill, which shows you just how badly I need to organize!). Once the tracks were installed the accessories fit in easily and I was loading them up with various brooms, mops and stepladders within 30 minutes of opening up the box! BE WARNED, however, that the packaging was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m not sure if it was UPS’ fault or Amazon’s but the product arrived in it’s own packaging, not an Amazon box. The box itself was completely ripped open on one end and down the side. The internal plastic wrapping that was supposed to protect the tracks was completely shredded and, in fact, one of the tracks had apparently come completely out and restuffed back in the box. At first I was afraid someone busted into it to get at the hooks or something….but luckily everything was there and aside from a small smudge on one of the tracks everything was fine. Since this was a packaging issue, and not a product issue, I didn’t let it impact my star rating. I only mention it because I saw another similar experience on a different review of this product line. So anyway, I’m very pleased with the product and am planning on buying more!
