Disappointed,
I don’t know what I was expecting, the magical cure I guess. Left-Handers struggle because we have to push our writing across the page instead of pulling like right-handers. A curved pen doesn’t make any difference in that regard. If you’re a lefty looking for something more comfortable than the standard pen, keep looking.

Actually useful,
I bought this for husband as a sort of joke. I’m right handed and he’s left handed. He’s always complaining that this world isn’t meant for left handed folks. He just began nursing school, so I decided I would buy him some “handicapped” school supplies. Much to my surprise, he loved them! He claims he’s been looking for these all his life.

Wrist/life saver,
I have a brain tumor that paralyzed my right hand. These keyboards are a wrist/life saver!!! I have used left handed keyboards for 10 years. They are so …. I can’t find a word. They let me use my computer.

Excellent Quality,
Having read the reviews of other left-handed keyboards, I think that the outstanding feature of the DSI is the quality of the keys. These are highest quality keys. They have long travel, a satisfying “clack” (yeah, it might bother some people, but they’ll get used to it), and are FAST. They also last for many years.
Now, on to why everyone should use a left-handed keyboard (LHK). I’m an engineer and spend eight to ten hours a day at my computer, constantly using the mouse as well as the keyboard. I was suffering constant neck and shoulder pain. I realized that it had something to do with how far I had to reach to the mouse. With an LHK and a keyboard tray, my pain went away. With an LHK you right arm is in a natural position thus relieving the pain inducing stress of reaching that extra six inches.
Another great thing about the LHK is what you can do with those keys now on the left with a keyboard macro program (I highly recommend Macro Express). I’ve programmed /, *, – and + as cut, delete, paste and backspace. CTRL-Insert, -Home, etc. can be programmed to replace menu bar actions that you now use the mouse for.
My only complaint is that the cover over the status LED’s is too dark. I pried it off.

Mechanical switch Left handed keyboard,
This is the only mechanical switch Left handed keyboard on the market today. It uses Cherry Mechanical switch and it has a great feeling to it. It reminded me of old IBM keyboard. This keyboard is built sturdy and it is USB+PS/2 interface. I like the keypad on the left so I can use the right hand for the mouse control for gaming control. Great product.
