I was experiencing skipped beats and went to my cardiologist who checked my magnesium level and found it low. She said that the Mag-Tab SR caplets was what she wanted me to take because the body absorbed more of this specific medication than of other magnesium supplements. After listening to a discussion lead by Dr. Burrascano, who is one of the leading Lyme Disease docs in the country, I started taking Mag Tabs as he suggested. They are the best magnesium supplement I have tried and the fact that they are time release is helpful. I would suggest this product to anyone wanting a magnesium supplement .

This is magnesium lactate, which is a superior and absorbable form of magnesium. I am experimenting with dosages and I would appreciate any guidance on dosage from experienced users.
