Buyer beware of this top,
This is a cute top but you have to be ABSOLUTELY flat chested to wear it. The halter part does not cover any kind of cleavage at all and you can not wear a bra so this was a waste of money. The company said one thing about refunding the price but didn’t follow through so I was stuck with a top that didn’t fit.

|Retro not so groovy!,
I ordered the hippie-style halter top to wear to a 60′s birthday party and by the time I got around to trying it on and it did not fit correctly, it was too late to return to get a full refund (in which I did not realize). Additionally, I thought this was an actual top (not something from a costume store). It stated it fit up to size 16 and let me tell you, I’m a 14 and it did not fit me at all. So now I’m stuck with a $15 top that I’ll never wear or get my full money back on.
I don’t think I’ll order clothing again via this site!

|Not what I expected,
I bought this top as part of a Halloween costume. The top where it covers your chest is VERY SMALL! I am small chested to begin with so I thought I would be ok but it did not fit at all. I had to have someone take part of the ruffles in the back off and add it to the chest area. Once I did that it looked good but if you do not have the time or capability to fix it then I do not suggest you get this top. It does not fit like the picture at all. It covers maybe half of what it shows on the model wearing it.
