This review is from: Industrial Disease (Album Version) (MP3 Music)
This is a song from the early eighties from Dire Straits just before they hit mega stardom with the Brothers in Arms album, which is a bonafide classic 10. The MTV song was killer good. Dire Straits was always an interesting group, not great, but better than average, until Bros. in Arms. This song, Industrial Disease, could possibly have resided on the Brothers in Arms album. Dire S. always has something to say too.
I had this album on vinyl, but only really played this song. So get this song and the Brothers in Arms CD. This is truly great music.

Once again, Dire Straights with perfect musicality speaks to an era of rampant materialism that follows our nation’s humiliation as a Racist and War Bungling ‘SuperPower’. Dire Straights is so very musical, the entire album goes down easily, before we realize the truth of it.

Could be their all-time best,
Super grand, one of the all-time greats, but why no mp3 for “Badges posters stickers or t-shirts”?
“Next patient, please.”
