If you have the money, it’s worth it. I take 1 a day, sometimes 2, depending on what my daily activities will be. Great for the gym, helps keep blood flowing and gives a little boost in my overall energy level. If you can afford it and you’re looking to reap the benefits of Argenine, I recommend this.

|As Far As I Can Tell…,
As far as I can tell this has worked for me, I do not need to take it for the increase in libido so I guess I had not paid too much attention to that, I took it primarily for the energizing effects that most of the ingredients contained within this product seem to have. Generally, I took one serving in the beginning of the day before I lifted weights and before I went to work and along with my pre-workout booster this gave me one heck of a push towards “amped.” Just so you get an idea, I’d wake up at 2:30 in the AM, I’d drink my DS Craze, take my supplements, and take a serving of this and about 30 – 45 minutes later I was amped up and ready to pound the weights. So… as far as I can tell it works, whenever I took Craze by itself I wasn’t quite as energized as whenever I took it with these. Personally though, I believe these are what gave me all day energy being as I generally didn’t consume any caffeinated beverages but every once in a while and I seemed to have a burst of energy that lasted nearly my entire 12 hour shift. I cannot completely recommend this due to the fact that I don’t know one hundred percent if it worked, I can however say that these herbs have been shown to have energizing effects and whenever I purchased GNC Energy Vita-Pack it came with this (in a half-serving) and triple-ginsa rush (600mg ginseng) and had all day energy without the use of energy drinks or coffee, recently I began taking ginseng again and found I didn’t have that all day energy which leads me to conclude that it had to be the Staminol being as that was the only other product within the vita-pack that had energizing herbs, so what does that tell you?

|Great for pre-workout drink or during workout hydration,
I use this product while I workout, it helps keep my energy levels up so I can get a great workout pump.
