As a mother of a gay child and a member of PFLAG, I found this book very informative to the GBLTQ person and parents and family. I would recommend it to everyone and would hope it was found in all libraries.

Fabulous book for all interested,
This book covers it all and I highly recommend it to anyone, whether you are a parent, child, educator or loved one of a young person questioning their gender identity. A truly important and ground-breaking reference that has been needed in our society for a very long time.

I am so happy this book exists! It gives clear, straightforward, factual information about every aspect of GLBT identity and experience, from questioning to bullying to safer sex to religious practice. This is valuable information for anyone, teen or not, gay or straight, to have on hand.
