Hi, for the most part this item works great. I carry it every where. Here in Arizona there are several ethnic groups that I communicate with and this items has come in handy more than not.

|Battery Won’t Charge,
The battery won’t charge, it is useless and not portable if it has to be plugged in to work!!!!! Can’t find a replaceable battery either.
