Just as charming as the first one,
I loved the first book and bought this one as soon as it became available. It’s just as magical as the first one and the discovery of new rooms is enchanting and exciting. Only drawback is that the Remi character did get on my nerves quite a bit. I could not empathise with him at all and sometimes wished he wasn’t there. There was one scene where his characteristic flaw particularly galled me and I couldn’t believe how well Leo took it. I guess that’s why it’s a fantasy!

It was a great mystery, and everyone loves a good mystery. I love books that don’t leave you on a cliff hanger, but you don’t know what’s going to happen next. I LOVE THIS BOOK.
