This backpack was actually better quality than anticipated (for the price). The picture provided does not really show if the pack has a waist/(belly) strap or the small connecting strap between the shoulder harnesses. Turned out the backpack had both. The pack also has the large double dual-direction zippers that do not snag-up (so far). The stitching looks like it will last, but the pack has only seen moderate use so far. It seems larger than the dimensions given on Amazon, but haven’t actually measured it yet.
If there is a negative, it would have to be the waist buckle size adjustment. It’s the older metal sliding loop. It holds fine so far, just a perception. It is manufactured in China, but it appears to be a good/quality backpack. Further future testing will be done in the hiking, camping, and hunting fields
Overall, this backpack is a great value. Plan to buy another (or two).
Almost forgot, liked the digital camo pattern.

I bought this item over other packs, due to the combination of size and price. I was concerned that at such a low price the pack would not be durable enough. But the reviews convinced me to go for it. I am VERY pleased with it. the few stitching irregularities are minor. And the important areas, like where the shoulder straps attach, seem solid. The pack IS bigger than advertised. they must not include the pockets in the dimensions. I measure 19.5″ Tall X 12.5″ Wide X 9.5″ Deep. That makes this a 40-Litre pack! But because of the two compression straps, you can make the pack carry less gear easily.
I want this pack to be kept in my car, as a “Get Home Bag”. With my work 20 miles from home, I’m packing this with enough items to allow me to survive for 2-3 days of walking. As such, I’m trying to consolidate what’s in it. So another plus with this pack is that there’s a closed-cell foam pad between my back and the gear. It not only protects my back from hard items; it’s removable, and can double as a sit pad.
As others have mentioned, the waist strap has adjustment buckles that are cheap metal. They slip the way they come threaded. But by threading the tail back through the buckle, it’s adequate. The waist belt is wide, and has a quick release buckle. But be aware that it isn’t designed to carry any of the weight. it’s more about keeping the pack from bouncing around if you are jogging along.

When buying a backpack, It’s a good idea to think of it as clothing. Are you looking for’casual wear” like a bookbag for school or college, or are you planning “formal wear” a multiday trek into a isolated area? Try looking at some of your local outdoor shops so that you can get a real world look at various materials, sizes, and features. If you are serious about buying, ask a salesperson if you can put a weight into the bag and try it on for comfort. How many compartments in the backpack are available, which is important if you don’t want to empty the pack onto the ground to find something.
The “extemepack’ I am told by the seller that it is shipped overseas for the military. The pack itself is made of durable material although the shoulder and waist straps are stiff and may take some breaking in before it becomes comfortable. It comes shipped folded nearly flat in at 14×14″ box. Compartments are reasonably roomy and straps appear to be adjustable however I am a little concerned about the quality of the plastic clips. This bag is certainly suitable for clothing, a few lite meals, and some some assorted light camping gear. If you tried to place a sleeping bag in the pack, there would be little room for other equipment. The pack is not well padded, or framed, so be careful with breakables. Although it did not meet my specific needs, It appears to be adequate for overnight trips or for those who pack only the essentials.

Perfect looks and design,
Let me first start off by saying this is one of the best pieces released by Casio in the G-shock series.
It is my first G-shock and I couldn’t be more pleased.
I was searching for a nice looking G-shock for almost a month before I came across this watch and there was not another second I wasted to order this. The shipping was super fast and this watch didn’t disappoint a bit.
Looks: Stunning watch. Has the sturdy G-shock military look to it as well as the dark Colors and the design gives it a sophisticated look. This watch can go well on all occasions (office, sports, fancy dinners etc.). I should though mention that the piece I got did not have the light-bluish color that is shown in the picture. Instead it is slightly greyish which by the way looks quite cool.
The size of the watch is perfect. It is not as big as the specifications make it sound. I have medium sized wrists and it looks great. Looking at the size I can safely say that it will look fine on slightly smaller wrists as well.
Built: This is a solidly built watch as you would expect from a G-shock. This is a very light watch which was a pleasant surprise. The wrist band is plastic and has teeth on the underside of it which keeps the band loop in place.
Features: This watch has all the features that you expect from a normal G-shock. I don’t think it has the moon phases and stuff that is coming with some of the new G-shocks but I don’t need that anyway. One thing I wish was to have solar battery. Unfortunately this has a normal battery which runs up to 2 years according to the manual.
CON: The only issue with this watch is the back-light. It is actually a bunch of LEDs around the dial that light up. This will only illuminate the analog part of the watch, so you can easily see the time. But the digital part will be invisible until u shine a flashlight into it. Now, this could be a major issue for many, but for me it is not really a big deal.
Over all I just love this watch. The looks blew me away, the price is decent, and the built is a perfect. Features are nothing over the top but has almost all the ones you would expect. I believe this will be one of the most popular G-shocks in the future. If you are planning to buy a G-shock other than this one, think twice

The watch is a dark gray almost a tint of navy? Even though the picture shows it as black.
Anyways, I absolutely love the appearance of this watch. I am a graphic designer so I must keep a professional appearance as well as keep my own personal kinda rugged style. And this watch lets me do both. It looks very sophisticated from its analog dials and its chrome minute indicators. At the same time keeps its rugged look with the complexity of its shape and dark colors.
It feels very comfortable wearing it. Not as big as people make it sound. I have VERY small wrists…about 7″? and it looks like a perfect size for me. This watch is very light weight and because of its teeth in the band, keeps from moving around my arm while remaining comfortably in place.
Feels like a solid watch. The resin casing makes it feel like a almost rubbery coating on the shell perfectly matching its band.
CON: Only thing that I dislike about the watch is which was stated in other reviews from other sites… The illuminating light shines from the bottom which doesn’t really help too much in trying to view it at night, but I gotta say it does look kinda neat…like something from space mountain out of Disnelyand.
Overall: Fantastic piece for those sporty/rugged/professional people who are looking for a cheap yet solid, reliable, and beautiful watch.

|Great Watch! Functional and Stylish.,
I bought this gift for Dad as a fathers day gift. It trumped all the others and he was absolutely pumped to receive it. He has a fairly substantial watch collection with some expensive time pieces, but this is the one he wears to the office and most events! It’s very cool, can show you have an active lifestyle, but also has great style flare. I will most likely pick up another G-Shock watch for myself.
It has a big black face, with very cool hints of blue! Looks like you’re wearing a stealth fighter remote control on your wrist. My firefighter brother has a Luminox watch and is thinking of upgrading (though the Luminox is more expensive) to one of these!
Another cool feature is that when you tilt the watch to a certain angle, the light will automatically turn on. Great if you’re in civil service of some sort. Great buy.
