Bad product design,
My complaint for these brushes is the poor product design, specifically, with the tips of the biggest and the smallest brushes. To clean around all the sharp corners well, it is important for the tips of these brushes to be covered with a lot of bristles. Guess what, the tip of the smallest brush is prety much dominated by the metal wires, so when you try to clean, instead of getting the bristles to touch and rub against the surfaces, it’s mostly the metal wires that come into contact. Last time I checked, it’s the bristles that clean, not the metal wire. Same with the biggest brush: The way the metal wires wrap around the sponge tip to hold it to the handle prevents the sponge from coming into full contact with the surfaces.
The product designers for the brushes don’t deserve to be product designers. Do you know how much it takes to design a simple floor mop? A lot. A good product designer has to think about which yarn absorbs water well, how much water to absorb so the mop won’t be hard to wring, what wringing mechanism to use, how long the handle should be, how thick the handle should be, how the mop head comes into contact with the floor, and so forth, in order to maximize ease of use and effectiveness.
The designers of the brushes are a failure. It seems that not much thought went into the design. Yes, we are dealing with just brushes, but even brushes should do the job they are supposed to do well.

CONFUSED,
I’ve had the Drinkwell fountain for a couple of years, great product. Once a month I take it apart and throw everything except for the pump in the dishwasher. Works great!! Unless you don’t own a dishwasher – forget the brushes.

Great sizes, bad construction,
I am glad for the sizes but the construction is poor and the bristles too stiff to do a good job cleaning. I still have to break out the pipe cleaners for the small spots and the rag for the large. The bristles don’t bush out at the end so when you push the brush into the well, you are scraping the metal end against the bottom – the metal end doesn’t do a great job scrubbing the residue off the bottom of the well.
Bamboo makes a Kong cleaner with a suction cup that is better designed and has a small brush in the handle. You’ll still need the pipe cleaner for the smaller pieces though.

When life gives you lemons…,
Lysol Disinfecting Wipes are a moderately effective cleaning product. They are convenient, in that the container is small, portable, and the wipes pop up one at a time (mostly).
They are chockful of antibacterial chemicals, which would make them a good choice for for decontaminating all surfaces after you’ve prepared raw chicken. (And what’s up with the chickens already? Remember when it was just food and not something that you needed a HazMat suit to handle?)
The wipes are also good for cleaning surfaces that are not really dirty. If you are among those of us who clean the house only after Martha Stewart orders a hit on you, they are a mixed blessing.
I troed one of these wipes at my stove, amd the stove laughed. Lysol wipes are pretty much useless on burned on spills or that gummy stuff that gets on the burners when you forget to turn down the Rice-a-Roni while engrossed in Real Housewives of New Jersey and waiting for someone to take down that Caroline Manzo who is the big instigator if you ask me. Serious types of filth, crud and corruption caused by a happy go lucky attitude toward kitchen cleaning in general are way, way beyond the powers of the Lysol Disinfecting Wipe.
On the plus side, they are excellent for bathroom surfaces. You can wipe down all the enamel surfaces, glass shower doors and tile quickly and easily, and although I have always preferred the hot water/ammonia formula, these are more convenient and you don’t have to worry about tripping over the bucket or putting your foot in it.
On the minus side, you can buy a lifetime’s worth of ammonia and hot water for the price of 80 of of these very small wipes. It took me almost 40 of them to clean the toilet, vanity, backsplash and tub. And then…because the wipes are loaded with who knows what hideous chemicals (it says they kill flu germs, viruses, and bacteria of all shapes and sizes), you may want to wipe down the surfaces with plain water, particularly if you have pets. And I suppose small children, if you like them and intend to keep them. This seems a little like doing the same job twice so for me, it’s back to ammonia and hot water, and if I step in the bucket now and then, it’s better than kicking it.
So, to sum up, they are a good cleanser for surfaces that need disinfecting and are not really dirty; they are expensive, possibly threatening to life on the planet, and convenient. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars but went with 4 because they do what they say, mostly. And really, until Lysol starts making a Lemon & Lime scented neutron bomb, nothing’s gonna get my stove clean again.

Nice product that works as advertised,
According to the product label, this is especially useful for cleaning in kitchen and bathroom areas and also works on office equipment. It should not be used on bare wood, glasses, dishes or utensils. It disinfects some (not all) flu, salmonella and other viruses. Very dirty surfaces should first be cleaned before wiping with these Lysol disinfectant cloths. I find that the cloths themselves are a nice thickness and don’t fall apart while cleaning, and also no residue is left after cleaning so that is very good. I also find that light stains are removed quickly and easily with these wipes, so I’m very pleased.
Please note the directions to use rubber gloves when cleaning with these wipes because this product contains strong cleaning chemicals and is not a hand sanitizer. I use hand sanitizer wipes to clean things that I often touch, such as my computer keyboard and mouse.
In addition to kitchen and bathroom cleaning, I also use this in the office to sanitize my computer and telephone, and it also does a nice job of cleaning my non-wood desk. It has a nice lemon-lime scent and is great to keep handy, especially now in this bad flu and cold season. I’m very satisfied with these wipes and happily recommend them to anyone.

Compares very favorably with the clorox ones,
I use these wipes a lot because I have two older dogs who are not as able to control themselves as they used to be, so we sometimes have accidents. I use the “puppy pads” too, but sometimes they miss the pad a little and I clean up extra moisture with a paper towel, then also clean with these to eliminate odor and germs. I’ve been using the clorox ones, but these are doing just as well as far as I can tell, and I think I like the fragrance a little better. Of course, that’s a matter of personal taste. I think if you’re trying to decide which to buy; that might be personal taste, too, but I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to buy these.
