What a Great Idea!,
This book is unique because it is the vegan diet the heroine of the Novel, Diary of a Dieting Madhouse, uses to lose weight. The writer has made it available to the reader of the novel and vice versa. What a great idea! And one I’ve never seen done before. Each of the four characters in the diet book gives their reasons for adopting a vegan diet, how they did it, and what it did for them. Each of them has a compelling reason for doing so, and it makes for an informative read. Anyone who is interested in losing weight, getting healthier, helping animals or the environment should read this book. It’s short and easy to read. And if you found it first, try reading the awesome novel it’s connected with. Here’s the link to the novel. Diary of a Dieting Madhouse: The Novel

Great for beginners,
Easily understandable and persuasive, this book is not an all-encompassing
guide, but a great addition to a well-stocked library and an even better
addition to a beginner’s list. What’s EXTRA COOL about this offering, is the
companion Novel, which I Loved! What a great idea and these books would make a
great gift to someone who already is a vegan or vegetarian or someone
considering taking the plunge. I can’t think of a better way to present the
whole idea as to make it work in the lives of fictional, but believably real
characters. Interesting and informative at the same time.

Diary of a Dieting Madhouse,
I recently read this book, and I loved it. It incorporates all the fun of LA Law with the drama of Pride and Prejudice, and it is told in a refreshing modern style. The setting is a large, cosmopolitan law firm, and the characters are people to whom you can relate. It has poignant moments mixed with laugh-out-loud ones, and the author gets across her message of animal rights and a vegan lifestyle without preaching. I hope you will read it and enjoy it as much as I did.
