Disappointed,
I ordered this few days ago and I was disappointed when I realized that there was not system in place to hang it on the wall. You might need to get one of those 3M Command Strips to hang it on the wall. Also, the quality of the frame is not that good.

It was not compatible with my computer and in fact I’d have to buy a new computer with double the memeory and the speed. Nothing on the box told me that. That is why I returned it.

Awful Product, Instructions, Customer Service.,
As above. Unintelligible instructions, including visual ones.
Customer service guy I spoke to was unclear, unsympathetic, and when I followed his instructions they didn’t work. He had no solution.
I gave up and sent the product back.

Very efficient,
I write this for people who might be afraid because of the first 2 negative reviews. In fact Dragon works fine. I have been using the v. 10 version with very few mistakes and am looking forward to upgrading to v. 12.
I have been using it with 3 different computers with no problem whatsoever. I just cannot fathom how this good product could not work other than used by a computer illiterate or someone using an old computer. This software needs computer resources. Please do check the requirements that are printed on the Amazon page.
