I am a student in University, who is getting into website development. I said to myself that I obviously wanted to buy the Adobe Web Premium software, because if I cannot land a job I will just do website development from my home in my spare time until I can get one. So anyways, I purchased this product, and being a Prime member I received it quickly. I was originally going to go for CS5 but considering this had just come out I said I might as well go for the latest software. So after I received it I opened the fancy packaging, which looked great and was easy to open. When you open the box inside you get a little box, that holds two CD’s. One CD is for installing all the Adobe CS5.5 programs and the other one, is drivers and help guides (I never even put the other CD in because it works perfectly fine). When you open the box there is a little piece of paper, that tells you to go to Adobe’s site and register your product so you can get a serial number (you have to get verification before a serial number is given).

The paper contains a number, that needs to be put in when you are filling in your information online. You then put in typical information about yourself, when you are at the end they ask you to provide verification that you are a student. You have many ways to do this, I scanned my student loan information and sent it to Adobe, it contained my University’s name, my name, and the date. That’s pretty much all you need, just something to show Adobe you are currently in school or a student. So I scanned this info sent it to the computer, and sent it to them as a Jpeg file (You are allowed a couple of different types of files to send the document). Within 24-48 hours I got a email from Adobe with my Serial number! It was a pretty simple process that takes probably about 10 minutes, and you are done. Also, if Adobe rejects it or says they need more information, you get a full 30 days to give them this info (just figured i’d mention this).

Their isn’t a whole lot to say about the software, other then you get a ton of things as part of this package. You are talking about over 10 programs with this software, it all works fine too as I messed around with everything to make sure that there were no installation errors or problems. I have Windows 7 64 bit by the way for those who are wondering. I may update the review later on to reflect any positives, and to fill you in if I run into any problems along the way. This gets a solid 5 stars without any hesitations from me!

Really powerful suite. Definitely worth the student pricing, but almost 2000 dollars for the professional license? You had better have some clients lined up before you sink that kind of money into it.
