Michael has written the finest book there is about the importance of building real relationships to help each other’s small businesses grow. It has taken me 10 years to finally figure out the value of one on one relationships versus trying to mass market. Michael provides an easy to follow step by step system to create long lasting relationships with our clients and vendors that result in an endless supply of referrals. This book has completely changed how I do business in real estate and I am eternally grateful for knowing Michael and getting this book. I went out and bought 30 of them so that I can give them to my associates.

Step by Step Guide. Do It Now!, December 4, 2010
This review is from: (7L) The Seven Levels of Communication: Go From Relationships to Referrals (Hardcover)

I have read many great books on relationships and networking but I have never come across one that was so easy to read and actually IMPLEMENT! Why reinvent the wheel? In this book, Michael has given clear directions for building a business that is perfect for those of us who truly enjoy working with people. Traditional sales methods were never a great fit for me but every “system” I came across always seems to rely on those same methods. I felt like a fish out of water. I was constantly searching for a way to systematize my more personal approach to business so that my results became more consistent without abandoning what I felt in my heart was the key to my success, RELATIONSHIPS. This book was just what I was looking for. Simple, Do-able and personal.
