Beautiful Furniture, Atrocious Customer Service,
This is a beautiful, well-made furniture set with a richly stained finish, easy to put together, with quality materials. I could complain that it’s made in Vietnam but you can imagine that given the great deal you get on a set of furniture like this. That being said, while the furniture set is absolutely breathtaking, we were unlucky enough to receive a vanity which was damaged. I didn’t imagine this would be a major issue, having dealt with partially damaged goods through amazon in the past. WHEW buddy was I ever wrong!
First, my signature upon receiving all this includes a clause that you acknowledge the products are in prime condition. This means the seller can reject responsibility to exercise customer service unless you make the delivery man wait while you unbox everything. I didn’t know this (and assume most people wouldn’t) so I signed. This was later used as ammo against me when I filed an A-to-Z guarantee. Further, Moshya’s contact number must be wired to a broom closet. Of the 40+ times that I called to speak to an agent, they answered once, told me that a manager would get back with me; no such contact was made. Emails, too, were horrible. They respond in about an average of 60 hours until I sent one that documented the extent of damage very explicitly. Then, after 4 days without contact, I filed an A-to-Z.
I had faith that A-to-Z would handle this appropriately; assuming they would serve as a mediator between the seller and myself. Wrong again. I was given an ultimatum: Either return the furniture with no return shipping reimbursement or eat it. The moral of this story is to NEVER, EVER, EVER buy anything from Moshya home furnishings. I can understand that any business would have certain criteria for handling these situations but, rest assured, it’s as if they’re in business to take advantage of their position as a third party seller on amazon.
Visiondecor, I’ve heard is much easier to deal with – I’d give them my business over Moshya any day and will NEVER, EVER waste another penny with a seller whose no respect for their customers and no sense of business best practices. Save you money and your time and look elsewhere!

|King Size Cherry Wood Bedroom Set,
I ordered the King Size Sleigh Bed & Bedroom Set . With shipping, I paid a little over $1700.00 . Let me tell you that it took a few hours to get everything out of the cardboard packing boxes but when I finally assembled everything I was very Pleased. The Cherry Wood color is really beautiful. The Sleigh Bed is Beautiful as well ..and very well built (except for the bed slates which I have redone anyway at Home Depot) I have my own slates made for every bedroom set I have( I feel safer that way) I had some contact with the business owner as well . He is very honest and upfront . Over all , My wife and I are very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it highly . For the money spent, I don’t believe I could have done better here around town. I will enjoy it for many years to come.

|Amazing Set,
Compared to most bedroom sets, this was exceedingly cheap. The price made me a little skeptical about purchasing it. But after much debate, I decided to go ahead and get it. I’m so glad I did! The set is wonderful, no dents or dings in shipment or anything! Everyone that see’s the set asks how far it set me back.
It’s built well and all the pieces are already put together except the bed frame and large dresser mirror, which was also a perk. I don’t like putting everything together. Quality wood, will last a long time! I would deifinitely recommend this to anyone looking for a bedroom set!
