Disappointed,
I was disappointed in this bedroom set that my husband and I bought. First off, the company that was supposed to deliver it was not properly equipped to do so. I live in a housing area and they brought a 53′ trailer in which the driver would not go down my road (mind you, I do not live in the middle of nowhere, no other deliveries had a problem!!). The delivery company also requested I meet them at the main road to get my items. When I asked them what exactly they wanted me to do with my car when I got there because I was unable to transport it which is why I paid for delivery. When I contacted the company I bought it from, it took three days of back and forth phone calls and they were final able to figure something out to get me my items. It was delivered two days past the last delivery date that was given to me. I made this order on April 2nd, and it didn’t get delivered until over three weeks later. I was also told by the customer service that they would take off $50 for the confusion and trouble, and I never received this compensation. Finally, three days later, I got another phone saying they were able to deliver it the next day. At this point, my husband and I had to take three days off work in order to receive this shipment because they only sent one delivery person and we had to carry everything inside ourselves.
Finally we had our order about three weeks later, then when I asked the delivery driver to wait while we inspect and that he’s supposed to help put everything together, and he said that it wasn’t his job, he delivered it, and left. It turns out, there were two corners that were damaged on the large nightstand. When I contacted the company again, they said because I didn’t report it on the delivery paper, then it’s not their fault. I was very upset and disappointed in the customer service that I received. Since I paid almost $800, I expect good quality, and assistance that they are supposed to give. And to top it all off, the drawers don’t line up, you have to lift the drawer to close it, and the bed is made of cheap wood and is not even sanded down in many places. I was so mad at the quality and the customer service, and I DO NOT recommend using this company.

|Good bedroom set,
Looks amazing for the price and so far seems like great quality. Was very easy to put together too only downside is that it was shipped from california so it took like 2-3 weeks to get here.
