The color looks great. My skin is naturally tan as I am mixed Black, White and Native and it definitely compliments me. I’m sure it’d compliment any color because it’s very brilliant.
Plus, the whole “sailor” vibe stuff is all so cute. If you’re on a fence, I say go for it.
