Like a Funhouse Mirror,
The photo of this product does not accurately reflect what is shipped. The problenm is with the fabric that connects the two sides of the mirror together. In the photo, there is no fabric filling in the gap between the two sides. The product that is shipped has fabric that fills in the space between the two sides. This causes this product to topple over easily because you cannot open the mirror up to a large enough angle. It is constantly falling over.
As for the mirror itself, it is simply a funhouse style mirror that stretches and contorts your baby’s face in all directions. I am left wondering what sort of developmental effect this actually has on a child.
Our baby loves looking at himself in a real mirror when we hold him up to it. Unfortunately, he is not as enthusiastic about seeing himself in this mirror.

Good Mirror, Cute Bugs,
I’ve read other reviews of this mirror and find that it does indeed stand up well on its own to serve as a good tummy time toy. The mirror is nice – does not distort the reflection, and it is framed in soft cloth with cute bugs that have tags and detach. It also boasts some sweet rings and curly cues to pull. It’s very bright and definitely got my baby’s attention.

Much loved but tips easily,
My 5-month-old loves this mirror and the crinkly leaves at the bottom. He often lays on his tummy and looks at himself and grabs at it. When it’s not attached to something, it tips very easily. So, we have to constantly stand it upright again.

Fantastic Read,
To say that I was completely & totally thrilled to get my hands on a copy of this book would be an understatement. Over the past few weeks, I have devoured everything that Liz has written and loved every bit of it. Floor Time is no exception to that and in fact, is my favorite book to date! Liz does a phenomenal job of combining exceptionally written characters with such authentic & real story lines, that you can’t help but get sucked in!
Floor Time introduces us to Jack Gordon (oh, how I love this character) & Sarah Thornton, both of whom are realtors working for the same company. When their paths cross, the spark between them is electric and tangible, and what follows is a story of the road two people travel down while trying to create a relationship where the attraction is the easiest part. It’s not always sunshine & roses and their journey is tough, but what relationship isn’t. You have to work to maintain the love that the instant connection brings – Liz does an amazing job of capturing the realness of that which is one of the reasons I enjoyed the story so much!
Jack’s character is just scrumptious! He is the quintessential dominant alpha male not looking for love, or so he thinks. His past haunts him and his relationships with women. The one time that he gave his heart over to love, he had it crushed. He swore that he would never allow himself to be that vulnerable again. If he doesn’t feel anything, then he can’t be hurt. This makes for a very lonely life for him and he wants to change, he just hasn’t met the right person. He needs to dominate and finding that person proves harder than he imagined.
Sarah is fierce! I love her independence & wit. However, she is not without issues. She doesn’t trust nor does she allow herself to be close to anyone. Her independence & need to succeed are so strong that it is almost a detriment. Only when she starts seeing Jack and submitting to him, does she see that it gives her the ultimate power, its the ultimate eye-opening experience. It is not without struggle though, and I still don’t think she truly believes that it is right. Her independence is so ingrained that she can’t see past it.
I won’t say their story is magical, because for me that places a Disney-esque factor to it and that is just NOT this story. What is it then – it’s raw, emotional, strong, confusing (to them at least), heart-wrenching and completely FANTASTIC! Their love & sex burn the pages and make me want that fabulous ending, since their road has been so tough I have to know the rest of their journey and what the future holds for them.

A well-written, incredibly sexy book,
I’ve never read one of Liz Crowe’s books before, but having finished this one, I’m very glad the next two in the trilogy are sitting on my Kindle waiting to be devoured!
Floor Time is the first in The Realtors trilogy. This book is the story of Jack Gordon and Sara Thornton. They’re both in the real estate business in Ann Arbor. Jack is the golden boy of the company, having made millions by closing deals. Sara is relatively new to the game, but she’s incredibly focussed and good at her job, therefore she’s got her own money stacking up in the bank.
As well as being a successful businessman, Jack is successful in his sexual conquests – having a virtual black book that most other men would kill for, but he never stays with one woman for long. Sara, despite finding Jack attractive, is determined not to be a number added to that book, then discarded. She wants fulfilment, but not enough to get mixed up with the notorious bad boy.
Soon, it becomes apparent that Jack is as attracted to her as she is to him, and when circumstances throw them together, sparks begin to fly. But with both of them having their own reasons for not getting into a relationship, things spiral out of control until Jack finally admits what he needs, and shows Sara what she’s been missing.
I really enjoyed Floor Time. The setting is different and interesting, the plot unique and the characters easy to engage and identify with. It’s a well-written, incredibly sexy book, and particularly with its ending, has left me clamouring to read more.

Open House Will Never Be the Same!,
Have you ever been house hunting? Do you remember how boring it was to go from house to house looking for that perfect place to call home. Visiting open houses to explore and snacking on free food and refreshments… well open house will never be the same after reading Floor Time, the first installment in the Realtor Series. Meet Sara, a thirty year old Realtor down on her luck after finding out the man she’s been dating is engaged… Enter Jack, the cocky, good looking lead Realtor looking for some fun. Jack and Sara who are both stubborn and set in their ways will have you laughing, sweating, yelling, and perhaps throwing your e-reader across the room. Floor Time is an amazing story and will have you engaged in the story until the last sentence and leave you begging for more. Highly recommend if you are looking for real characters and real situations. One of the best books I’ve read in 2012!!! 5 out of 5 stars!!! Don’t wait, read today, you won’t be disappointed!
