Don’t get the shaft buy this pole…,
Installed my United States of America flag on this pole to display it higher and more clearly to the road in front of my house. I bought two one inch pole adapters at Ace Hardware that allow the flag to spin 360 degrees. The pole is one inch thick eight feet long and hollow for anyone that wants to buy any type of adapters. One inch walking cane ends fit if you would like to use this pole as a walking stick The pole comes with a plastic cap on each end that can be slipped off and reinstalled after cutting or used as a template. The pole could be cut to any length for this or any other use. The pole has a little give but not much. I also think this will make a good fighting staff or shaft for a Cold Steal Boar Hunter spear head. The pole is pretty stiff and just enough weight for all those folks that want a good stiff one. This thing would make a Great Zombie weapon after adding a few attachments. I have just ordered a second one to test out as a weapon. I have added a walking cane end to my five foot Cold Steal Professional blow gun so I can use it as a walking stick. The shaft on the blow gun is 7/8 inches and the ends can be bought at any medical supply store along with one inch ones for the flag pole. It takes a few days for this thing to get delivered but I think this is because of the length. I would recommend this pole for multiple uses and am very happy with my purchase. The only thing I wish is that I could get a longer one or a solid one.

|Nice pole, and easy delivery,
I am using this as a mast to hold a wind meter. It is light, strong, and was easy enough to mount with some deck straps.
The delivery went w/o a hitch. It was amusing as the box was so long, it barely fit on my porch.
Measurements on the pole are accurate, and each end has a think strong rubber cap for protection.
