Pretty good for the money,
I ordered this set for my covered patio. I was a little disapointed to see the bottom of the pieces had plastic straps rather than metal bars to hold the cushions. The metal is light weight and I’m hoping it doesnt bend or crack. It is very comfortable! All in all a good product for the money.

|Sturdy Set!,
Amazons new outdoor furniture, Strathwood is just launching to its customers. If you are going to put your name behind it, it better be good right? In this case, they did basically get it right, minus a few glitches.
This set is supposed to come with 2 chairs, 1 love seat, one table, cushions for bottom and back, and 4 throw pillows. My set came without the throw pillows.
The table is the ONLY item you must put together yourself and that was easy (I did not do it, my Husband did while I watched) The kit was missing the screw covers shown in directions. I suppose they are there to be aesthetically pleasing, I am glad they were not needed to actually put it together. Regardless its a nice table.
The set is the go-to brown and black for outdoor sets these days, flecked with bronze though so that is different. Very smooth surfaces for arm rests, with a beautiful curve at the ends. The real test is…are they comfortable? …and they are. The cushions are cushy, not the thin mangy cushions cheap sets have. They are easy to attach to the chairs as well, with velcro straps.
It fit right in with separate pieces we already had like our Fire Pit and the Strathwood Cast Iron Bench.
We are pretty happy with this set, even with the missing items.

|What you would expect for the money, but there is a small catch.,
I was surprised at the number of reviews that said this set was comfortable. I’m 5’9″, and weigh 180 lbs, and I found the chairs too small to get comfortable. I have a friend that is 6′ 2″, 205 lbs, and he refers to them as “children’s furniture”. This furniture is certainly not for large people. Mine DID come with the throw pillows. Again, for the money, the set is well made, the painted surfaces are glossy, nearly black, and the cushions are nicely done. The table is easy to assemble but looks cheap in my opinion, you can definitely tell it was assembled at home. Had I had the opportunity to sit in this furniture at a store before purchasing it, I wouldn’t have bought it due to it feeling undersized. Fortunately I bought it for a little used area for the pool deck, so it won’t be getting much use, but lots of vies, and it does look nice.
