Mastering Camera Aperture: Digital Photography Tips and Tricks for Beginners on How to Control Depth of Field

It’s often that a photographer will want to capture a scene, such as a landscape, that’s clearly focused throughout the frame. However, what usually happens is that only the trees in the foreground are in focus and the mountains in

    For Beginners Only…, December 25, 2012

I’m prime member in Germany, I ordered the book through the German store and I was charged for it. Maybe I’ve hit the wrong button.

But this is not the reason, while my review is not so positive as the others.
I was through in one hour of reading, as the book is very short, as a real book it wouldn’t be 10 pages at all.
Everything is explained well, but… this book is for absolute beginners only.
When you know what aperture does mean, it’s a waste of time to read the book.
I can’t understand, that this e-book is No. #1, or I have to assume, that everybody is a beginner.
In other reviews, I’ve read, that the book is not only for beginners, thererfor I was interested, but this is totally misleading.
I’m a hobbyphotographer for several years now and I would not say, I’m very experienced with aperture, depth of field or shutter speed, but I haven’t found one new thing for me in the whole book.

So for me, it was not worth the money and a complete waste of time.

I think that my owners manual was more complete than this book.

For those of you that suggested there was good content; shame on you.

This is a photography book to demonstrate the importance of the aperture settings. Show more than one example.

Depth of Field, you hardly touched the hem of that topic.

What a waste of time and three dollars. Spend the money on a Blizzard at DQ; you will not be left with an bad aftertaste after your purchase.

Again, Shame on the author for this sham of an offering.
Shame on Amazon for no quality control.

These people that write these reviews have to be relatives of the author. All the so called info in this so called book could have fit into two paragraphs. It is not even worth the lousy $2.99.
