Disappointing Quality and Customer Service,
Bed arrived and a quick look revealed that the wood was slightly distressed and not the quality that was described or expected. After requesting instructions on how to return the item I was informed that the “free” shipping was no longer free and I had to refund the $45 cost. Then I was told there was a 25% re-stocking fee. Lastly, my cost to ship/return the crappy bed was $123.00 via Fed Ex (same way it came.) Definately a mistake and nightmare!

|Very nice, BUT….,
…headboard didn’t match up with universal bed frame, other than that, quality was very nice for the price. Would buy more products from Home Styles.

well very nice combo but when i bought it the price dropped 100$ and you need feet for this not to fall over i dont have a compatible frame. ill find one but im dissapointed that the price dropped as soon as i bought one.
