Enjoyed the recipe I made,
I made the sopas Portuguese style recipe. It tasted good. My husband and I both really liked it. I did think there were some problems/typos with the recipe though. It called for 4 quarts of water. We used 1quart and that seemed to work perfectly. Also the recipe called for 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce in the ingredients list. But later, the recipe said to add the “splash” of Worcestershire sauce. I wondered if 3 tablespoons was a typo as it seemed larger than a splash.
I do want to try other recipes in the book. I will definitely make the sopas recipe again too. Very unique delicious flavor.
