Living in a state like Florida you have to put up a fight with all kinds of bugs trying to get into your home. Its been a long time that I been using different pest control products from Home Depot and local pest control companies to get rid of invasive ants coming from all sides of the house to no avail. The ants will disappear for about 3 or 4 days and they would be back in full force. Well one day browsing through Amazon.com I came across a product called Bifen XTS 25.1% and had a good review about how effective it was for controlling ants. I placed an order of Bifen XTS 25.1% on a Friday about noon time,on the following Monday the product was at my doorstep,I was amazed how fast it was delivered by Amazon.com I applied the product a day after around the house just a little bit stronger than recommended and the results have been positive by killing ants,roaches,palmetto bugs,spiders,termites and everything in between. The battle is over and I won the fight thanks to Bifen 25.1% XTS

|Killed the Stink Bugs! Was uncomfortable with the safety warnings.,
I bought this product in an effort to reduce the Stink Bug population that has invaded our house. Other insecticides we tried either didn’t work at all, took too long to work or knocked the bugs down but didn’t actually kill them (after a brief period on their backs, they would “wake up” and be as good as new!). I mixed up the Bifen to a 7% concentration and sprayed it on the outside siding where literally thousands of the bugs landed every day to soak up the Sun and mate. Within 20 minutes the bugs were dead on the ground and the siding stayed mostly clear of new bugs (maybe a dozen a day showed up) for 5 days. It seems that there are some variations with Stink Bug’s so I can’t promise you the same results I got, but it worked for me.
The safety warnings got me very concerned. This product is designed for professionals, not homeowners like me and the warnings reflect this. I followed the precautions, with long sleeves, gloves, safety glasses and a respirator. Spraying it on with a pump up sprayer, I tried hard to eliminate overspray and use as little as possible to cover the area. I stayed away from windows and doors to keep it out of the house. When I was done, my clothes and safety glasses got washed immediately and the gloves and respirator were thrown away. The sprayer was washed with soap and water, then labeled as having been used with Bifen. I generally don’t like stuff this strong, but was desperate to get rid of the bugs. It worked, but I think in the future I’ll call my local exterminator to apply the product.

if you have bugs at home that are susceptible to this stuff, buy it, i had a tick infestation and the “professionals” were charging me 200-300 bucks for coming and doing it with only a month warranty, well, i did it myself and it worked. the product is super concentrated. just follow the instructions and you will get the right concentrations. i did not realize they have a chart to convert automatically and add what you need of the product and mix it with water based on the concentration you want to achieve. i ended up calculating it myself, other than that great stuff, i got no more ticks, all gone in less than 2 weeks…
