Jumping to incorrect conclusions,
I needed this product, Avon’s Skin so Soft Bug Guard plus Expedition SPF 30 pump spray particularly, because it has proven flawlessly effective against our tick problem and excellent sun protection for fair sensitive skin. Our busy season on the farm started early this year, and I had let my Avon supply run out at the end of last year. I was desperate, so tried a new source for the product. They accidentally sent the wrong thing, which put me in a bind – farm work doesn’t wait, and the normal process of returning the product for a replacement would do me no short-term good. And, the cost of shipping the product for return plus what I had already paid was more than finding it locally would cost. Out of frustration, I fired off a negative review Before asking what could be done. My Big mistake.
Both Amazon and the vendor immediately responded separately to fix the problem to my satisfaction.
I have never experienced any difficulty with Amazon or one of the vendors before and so did not realize that this organization Really Is much more customer-oriented than I realized! I am embarrassed over their responses to my cranky review. I will remember that I need not worry about the integrity of Amazon or its vendors. Thank you, tinkerbelzcloset and Amazon.

Spray works great…easy to use and bugs hate it and no deet! Need this in Florida especially in the country!

At the shore, when the biting flies show up, this is the product to use! It repells them totally. Out walking in the desert it is also the most effective, no bugs at all, plus you get the higher SPF protection.
